For those of you who love red velvet anything, then this is the recipe for you! It’s a very straightforward recipe and you will most likely have the ingredients in your pantry.
The addition of the white chocolate chips in these red velvet cookies adds a nice pop of color and also an extra flavor and texture dimension. Of course, you could add milk or dark chocolate chips, or even raisins or some nuts if you wanted to make a variety!

Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: 15 minutes
1 box (15.25 oz) Betty Crocker Red Velvet cake mix
1/3 cup melted butter
1/2 cup white choc chips
1. Preheat oven to 180 C, 350 F
2. Mix all the ingredients in a mixer
3. Using a tablespoonful, roll the dough into balls and flatten gently.
4. Bake for 15 mins for crunchy cookies or 10-12 mins for soft cookies. Allow to cool.

- 1 egg
- 1/3 cup melted butter
- 1/2 cup white choc chips
Preheat oven to 180 C, 350 F
