Cranberry and White Chocolate Cookies. A lovely easy recipe and great for gift packages at Christmas!

These cookies are so delicious! They're crispy on the outside and a little chewy and soft on the inside. The addition of cranberries makes for a nice texture and sharp taste up against the sweet white chocolate.

They don't take long to make and once cooled, will store in an airtight container, or do like I did, and wrap some up in clear wrapping paper with a festive ribbon to give as gifts. Lovely!

  1. I love your recipes but problem is it never lets me print the recipes it sends me to a link which I do not like. Therefore I never get to try them

    1. Hi Fran, I wonder if you might be clicking on something else. If you scroll down to the bottom of the page (just above the comments section) there is the recipe card and at the top of the recipe card is a print option. When you click that it gives you the usual pop up print feature where you can print just the recipe without all the photos etc to save you ink and paper. Hope that helps!
