Now, for those who enjoy a tipple, then a splash of Irish Cream Liqueur in our recipe will make you smile. You can taste that lovely flavor in every bite and so our Irish Cream Chocolate Bark makes for a perfect treat over the holidays, and will also make ideal gifts for St Patrick's Day and Christmas.
I have made this with and without the Irish Cream. On one batch, I simply split the recipe in half and just used the Irish Cream in half of the recipe and the other half was kid-friendly, which meant they didn't miss out on our delicious treat!

For this recipe, I've used some regular ingredients and also a very special ingredient, our Honey Roasted Nuts. When you add these nuts to our Irish Cream Chocolate Bark, it really takes the flavor and texture to another level. The nuts have a lovely taste of sweetness from the honey, saltiness and also a warming cinnamon taste. Of course you get a lovely texture in every bite too, and that combined with the chunks of vanilla butter cookies sprinkled in the bark and the chewy cranberries and sultanas, well... you can imagine what a delight this Irish Cream Chocolate Bark is to eat.
This recipe doesn't take much time to make, and you simply need to let it cool and set. To speed things up, half an hour in the refrigerator will do the trick and it's ready to break up and eat, store in jars or package up for friends. They will love you if you gave them a little bundle of Irish Cream Chocolate Bark!
So please do enjoy the recipe and feel free to add any other ingredients which you enjoy too, such as dried apricots, craisins, dark chocolate, whatever you wish! and don't forget the Irish Cream because that will transform the bark into something very festive and special!

Instructions
1. Prepare your ingredients so they're all ready for when the chocolate has melted.
2. Break up the milk and white chocolate in to 2 separate bowls and place each bowl over a saucepan on boiling water. Allow to gently melt.
3. Line a sheet pan with parchment paper. I used a 12-inch by 12-inch square pan. You just use whatever size pan or pans you have.
4. When the milk chocolate has melted, allow to cool then add the Irish Cream and stir until combined. Then pour on the parchment paper and spread evenly all over the pan.
NOTE: If you add the Irish Cream whilst the chocolate is very hot, it will coagulate and the chocolate won't be runny enough to pour. So please be patient and allow it to cool to lukewarm touch.
5. Sprinkle the cranberries, sultanas, cookies and nuts all over and gently push them in to the chocolate.
6. Pour the melted white chocolate all over and take a skewer or round-bladed knife and gently swirl the white chocolate in and around the bark to make a swirl pattern. Push down the ingredients again if they have come loose.
7. Place in the refrigerator for 30 - 60 minutes or until set.
8. Turn out onto a board and peel off the parchment paper. Then break the bark up into pieces or use a knife to roughly cut it. Then it's ready!
