Ingredients

2 cups Powdered Gum Paste Mix I used this one from Wiltons
2 - 3 drops Red Food Coloring
Powdered sugar for dusting
Warm water
½ Bottle Cinnamon Oil Flavor I used this one from LorAnn (1 bottle is .125 fl oz or 1 fl dram in size)

Instructions

1. In a bowl put ½ bottle of the cinnamon flavoring, squirted in some red food coloring (about ⅛ teaspoon) and about 2 Tablespoons warm water. Stir until blended.

2. Slowly add some of the powdered gum paste stirring to prevent lumps. Add the rest of the mix. It will be dry. Slowly add another 2 Tablespoons of warm water, stirring each time until it reaches a stiff dough. The dough should be very stiff. Knead with your fingers into a smooth dough on a powdered sugar surface. The dough shouldn't be sticky. If it's sticky add a little more powdered sugar.
