Easy Melon Ice Cream,An easy recipe with a great refreshing flavor. Egg free, creamy and delicious!

Whichever way you choose to eat this, you can be assured it is really very creamy, tasty and oh so good!

The type of melon I have used in this recipe is Cantaloupe (or Muskmelon). They were on offer at my local supermarket so I bought a few and decided to make some ice cream with one of them.

You can use other types of melon, such as honeydew, Galia, and other yellow colored melons. Do not use the red Watermelon as the water content is too high for this recipe and I would be afraid it probably won't set for you.

I have made the ice cream using my little ice cream machine, however, if you don't have one, I have popped some directions below if you want to do it without!

NOTE: If you do not have an ice cream machine, you can place the mixture (in it's mixing bowl) in the freezer and after 2 hours, use an electric whisk and mix it.

Return to the freezer for another 2 hours, then repeat once more with the electric mix, before finally returning to the freezer until completely set.
