I love Tiramisu! This recipe is egg-free and is super quick and easy to make, so if you're in a rush, this is a perfect dessert to make.
For those who have an allergy to eggs, then this dessert is ideal and gives you similar flavors to a tiramisu using eggs. If you'd like to make a tiramisu using cooked eggs, check out our other recipe!
The flavors are out of this world! You get the creaminess of the layers combined with the coffee and liqueur-soaked lady fingers and the chocolate and this makes for a wonderful luxurious tasting dessert.

You will need:
12 inch x 8 inch dish or close to this size
Ingredients
8 oz cream cheese, room temp
1 cup heavy cream
½ cup sugar
2 packets of ladyfinger biscuits
3 tbs instant expresso or coffee powder
3tbs Kahlua or Tia Maria liqueur (coffee liquor) optional
Cocoa powder for dusting
Grated chocolate
Instructions
1. In a bowl dissolve instant coffee with 3 tbsp boiling water and add 1 ½ cups cold water. Add liqueur.
2. Beat cream cheese and sugar until light and fluffy.
3. In another bowl beat heavy cream then fold in cream cheese mixture.
4. Using a 12-inch x 8-inch dish, dip the biscuits quickly in and out of the coffee and place them closely together on the bottom of the dish. Spread half the cream-cheese mixture on top and repeat with the remaining biscuits and top with the rest of cream- cheese.
5. Cover the tiramisu with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 6 hours or a day.
6. Dust with cocoa powder and grated chocolate before serving.
