I love Tiramisu!
Here Adelenne has kindly shared her recipe for an Easy Tiramisu. It doesn't use eggs nor does it involve any baking.
It takes minutes to put together and yes, of course it is delicious!

Yield: 8 Persons
You will need: 12 inch x 8 inch dish or close to this size
Ingredients
8 oz cream cheese, room temp
1 cup heavy cream
½ cup sugar
2 packet of ladyfinger biscuits
3 tbs instant expresso or coffee powder
3tbs Kahlua or Tia Maria liqueur (coffee liquor) optional
Cocoa powder for dusting
Grated chocolate
Instructions
1. In a bowl dissolve instant coffee with 3 tbs boiling water and add 1 ½ cups cold water. Add liqueur.
2. Beat cream cheese and sugar until light and fluffy.
3. In another bowl beat heavy cream then fold in cream cheese mixture.
4. Using a 12 inch x 8 inch dish, dip the biscuits quickly in and out of the coffee and place closely together on the bottom of the dish. Spread half the cream-cheese mixture on top and repeat with remaining biscuits and top with the rest of cream- cheese.
5. Refrigerate cover up for at least 6 hours or a day.
6. Dust with cocoa powder and grated chocolate before serving.
