Here Denise has made a delicious Shrimp and Corn Soup with wonderful flavours!
Recipe by Denise Smith Alexander
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: 30 minutes
Yield: 4 Persons
2 1bs shrimp (peeled)
1-8oz Cream Cheese
2 cans Cream of Celery or Cream of Shrimp soup
2 cans Shoepeg corn
2 cans Chicken Broth
1 can Cream Style Corn
1 can Rotel Tomatoes
1 bunch of green onions
1 yellow onion
1 bell pepper .
Season with salt , pepper,and Tony s Seasoning
Please note, all can sizes are 10 3/4 oz
1. Saute all onions and bell peppers in melted butter.
2. Add all corn, soups, tomatoes and broth. Cook over medium heat for 30 minutes.
3. Add shrimp and cream cheese. Cook until cheese is melted.
4. Season to taste.
