  • cooked macaroni pasta
  • Gouda cheese
  • Pepper jack cheese
  • Extra sharp (white cheese)
  • Cream cheese
  • Milk or cream
  • Butter
  • Flour
  • Nutmeg
  • Seeded or Yellow Mustard

Instructions

1. Shred all the cheeses and put in a bowl.

2. Melt butter and add your flour to start your roux.

3. Put the macaroni in a serving dish and pour the cheese right over your cooked macaroni and its ready. Garnish with some parsley flakes and enjoy. ** If you would like to brown the top, place under the grill/broiler for a few minutes until golden.
