This dessert is a blast from the 1970s, and you may remember it as Watergate Salad.
Inside the filling you will find all kinds of goodies!

It's a very quick and simple dessert to make, and you can have it prepared ahead of time and keep chilled until you're ready to serve.
This is a great dessert for parties and Thanksgiving or Christmas time.
Simply make ahead and keep chilled in a nice big party bowl and serve when you're ready.
Most of the ingredients you can buy ahead and keep in your store cupboard so it's very convenient indeed.
The flavors and textures of this Pistachio Fluff are wonderful!
You get a nice bite from the pineapple and crunch from the pistachio nuts,
then a gooey chewy texture from the marshmallows together with a delicious flavor of coconut and all the other goodies in this.
It's a great crowd pleaser and so easy to make.
Really refreshing flavors and a wonderful pretty color too!

INGREDIENTS
6 oz or 170 ml container of Plain yogurt
3.4 oz box of pistachio instant pudding
8 ½ oz or 240 g can of crushed pineapples
1 cup or 100 g of mini marshmallows
8 oz or 230 ml container of cool whipped topping
¼ cup or 35 g chopped pistachios
Optional 1 cup or 107 g of shredded Coconut
½ cup or 70 g chopped maraschino cherries
INSTRUCTIONS
Drain crushed pineapples combine everything in a bowl, chill and serve.

- 3.4 oz box of pistachio instant pudding
