Charlie
says:Can I leave the coconut out?
My daughter is allergic.
Lovefoodies
says:Hi Charlie, yes, of course you can leave out the coconut. However, please be aware the quantity of granola cups will be less, or you could replace with something else such as ground almonds or small seeds of your choice, or even some finely chopped dried fruit such as cranberries etc to bulk the mixture back up. Hope that helps!
Charlie
says:Thanks so much!
