Peggy loves using her crock pot! She’s always coming up with great flavours for sauces and Peggy’s Balsamic Glazed Slow Cooked Pork is no exception.
It’s full of flavour, the pork is so tender and perfectly cooked. Served as Peggy has done here, with some potatoes and veggies, this is a family favourite!

Prep Time: 5 minutes
Cook Time: 5 hrs
Yield: 4 – 6 Persons
5 lbs / 2.5 kg of Pork butt roast
1 cup / 240 ml of soy sauce
1 cup / 240 ml Balsamic Vinegar
1 cup / 200g brown sugar
Add all the ingredients to the crock pot and cook on low for 5 hours. It tastes amazing and the glaze is so yum!
Peggy’s serving suggestions, with rice, mashed potatoes, or baby new potatoes. You can also use any left overs for pulled pork sandwiches in soft rolls!
- 5 lbs / 2.5 kg of Pork butt roast
