Crock Pot Luau Ham! This is a great recipe which you can make in the slow cooker, multi cooker, instant pot. Full of great flavor and leaves your ham tender and juicy and full of flavor.
When I saw Peggy’s recipe for her crockpot Luau Ham I had to ask her what inspired her to make up these delicious flavors, and also the nickname she has given to this lovely recipe…here’s what Peggy said:

This Crockpot Luau Ham is a great recipe for Easter, Thanksgiving and Christmas time. You could also make it for parties, say if you were planning on a buffet, serve the slices along with a few cold cuts and people could make sandwiches, add with a salad and so on.
I often like to add leftover ham to a chicken pot pie. Delicious!

Recipe from Peggy Mitchell
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Cook Time: 7 hrs
Yield: 4 – 6 Persons
5 lbs Butt Ham – cut recommended by Peggy is Butt Ham
1 can 5.5 oz / 160 ml of pineapple juice
2 TBS of apple cider vinegar
1/4 cup / 120 ml Canola oil
1 tsp of garlic powder
1 tsp of onion powder
1/4 cup / 50 g of brown sugar
I added my carrots right in with the ham to have them candied as well.
Add all the ingredients to the crockpot and cook on low for 7 hours. It tastes amazing and the gravy is so yum!
