Taco Pizza, delicious homemade pizza dough with toppings of a taco! Tasty seasoned ground beef, onions, garlic, olives, tomato sauce, topped with cheese, sour cream, and lettuce.

If you love eating tacos, then you'll enjoy this recipe for taco pizza.
For this recipe, we've made the pizza dough from scratch. You can use ready-made pizza dough, or use a package of pizza dough mix and make it that way. Just go with whatever is more convenient for you.
The filling is full of the flavors of a taco, the ground beef is cooked using taco seasoning, onions, and garlic, in a tomato sauce, and then spread on the pizza base and baked, of course with a generous topping of cheese.

Once baked, this pizza becomes a taco pizza! Add the usual ingredients you get with a taco, such as diced tomatoes, lettuce, jalapenos, sour cream and you've got a delicious taco pizza!
We recommend serving this with a spoonful of guacamole, and spicy tomato salsa, but of course, you can pick and choose what you'd like to serve this with to suit yourself.
The recipe itself is easy to make and doesn't take very long, even quicker if you're using ready-made pizza crusts. For the beef topping, you can even cook a batch and freeze it so you have some ready for when you want to make a pizza. It's convenient if you have busy weekdays and come home from work and fancy a pizza!
As for parties, if you're planning a party or perhaps going to a potluck, you can make tray-sized taco pizzas, and have the chilled toppings on the side for people to add what they like on their slice of pizza. It's an easy way to feed a crowd!
