    1. Hi Linda! Yes of course you can freeze this. Either before or after cooking will work fine. Either way, bring back to room temperature and if already cooked, I would suggest covering with foil and warming through in the oven, same temperature for around 10 – 15 minutes. Check after 10, depending on your oven! Hope this helps!

  1. Mmmmmm…..how about onions, black olives, and mushrooms? You think they might have too much moisture? I love all of them on my pizza but don’t want to make it soggy. Oooh, and what about a Hawaiian pizza? Again, too much moisture? Anyone try anything like this?

    1. Hi Cynthia, I can see your imagination is working over time with all the things you could do with this recipe!
I think if you are worried about it getting too soggy, for example with the mushrooms, I would suggest sauteeing them in a pan first until they’re nice and golden and most of the moisture has gone. Often, mushrooms can feel a bit slimy otherwise.
and Ham and Pineapple would be sooo good. (That would be my fav combo!). Pat dry the pineapple with some kitchen paper before adding them to the pizza. I think the bread will absorb any moisture anyway, so don;t worry too much, just let your creative juices flow and go for it!
      Have fun and happy cooking!
