  1. I used the bakers chocolate for melting but I didn’t have regular chocolate chips so I used my cinnamon chocolate chips on top and where it called for regular chips. It tasted great with a cinnamon twist!

  2. Could I use baking chocolate instead of Chocolate Chips? I don’t have any on hand. If so how much would I use? I have the powdered kind in the can

    1. I have never used the dry chocolate, and wouldn’t know what amount to tell you…So,if you try it, let us all know…Will be interesting to hear, as I know many many recipes don’t use the morsels…Good Luck & Have a great day…Nanny Pat

  3. These muffins look amazing. Would love it if you could list your ingredients by weight to make it easier for international visitors.

  4. Hello! Sound yummie the brownie’s recipe, but I look at the ingredients and I have a question, it doesnt use baking powder or.baking soda?
    Thanx

  5. Hi. Your recipe sounds yummy and I’d like to try it. The procedure calls for milk but the ingredients list does not include milk. I would just like to confirm before I start out. Thanks!

    1. Hi Isa, So very sorry about the error. It was a typo, and there is a comma after milk which should not be there! There is no milk in the recipe and it should read ‘milk chocolate chips’. Thanks so much for bringing this to our attention. I have amended the instructions so they are correct.
