Here's what Michelle says about her family recipe;

I don't remember when I started making this or where the recipe came from but it sure is yummy.....even if it doesn't have the most appetizing appearance. My daughter isn't fond of stuffing but she will eat it this way. It's easy to make and always a winner in our home.

Prep Time

10 minutes

Cook Time

45 minutes

Yield

Makes 9 Burger bundles

Ingredients

2 ½ lb Raw ground beef
Stuffing (prepared)
Cheese cubes (1 per bundle, optional)
1 Can condensed mushroom soup
Milk (¾ soup can)
2 Tbs Worcestershire Sauce
¼ cup ketchup
Garlic to taste
Salt & Pepper to taste

For the stuffing, Michelle used the packet one where you add water to the dry mix. You can of course also make your own if you prefer.
Choose your favourite stuffing mix!

**** You can also try this in the crock pot, but please be sure to place the bundles in a single layer as they can open up when cooking.

Instructions

1. Take a cheese cube and place in the middle of a ball of stuffing (about the size of a large egg).

2. Wrap this in raw meat. Cover fully. Place in a casserole dish. Make remaining bundles. Place the bundles in a single layer.

3. You may have leftover stuffing which you can freeze or serve separate.

4. In a bowl mix condensed soup, milk, Worcestershire Sauce, Ketchup and garlic. Pour over bundles and bake at 350 F for about 45 mins. I serve with rice or noodles and a veggie of your choice.

My family has been making this recipe for decades. We love it :) I have it on my blog as well – it is a hard one to photograph well, haha. We make our stuffing from scratch. Love it! Have never tried the cube of cheese inside, that is interesting.

    1. Hey Cory! How are you doing? Of course we have your photo on the recipe! Thanks so much for sharing over on our Lovefoodies Facebook page all that time ago! Everybody loves the recipe and the photo!
