Dreamy Nutty Chocolate Bars! Oh my goodness! These are as dreamy as can be. An incredibly easy recipe and perfect for chocolate monsters!
These little sweet treats have walnuts inside and a very simple yet tasty frosting over the tops. They're perfect for anytime, and particularly fitting for Christmas or Easter where you can add some colouring to the frosting or decorate with some festive designs. The choice is yours to keep these little bars plain or fancy!

9 x 9 inch pan
Ingredients
¾ cups butter
⅔ cup brown sugar
½ cup milk
⅓ cup semisweet chocolate chips
1 ¼ graham crackers crumbs
1 cup walnuts
For the icing
1 ¼ cups powdered sugar
3 tbsp butter, room temperature
Food Coloring (optional)
Instructions
1. Add butter, sugar and milk in saucepan to boil.
2. Remove from heat and add the chocolate chips and when all melted add graham crumbs and walnuts. Stir to mix and pour in a 9 x 9-inch pan, lined with parchment paper. Let cool
Make sure you have enough parchment paper up the sides so it is easier to lift out
For the icing
3. In a mixer, beat the powdered sugar with the butter until smooth and all combined.
It should take around 5 - 6 minutes to become spreadable.
You can also add food coloring to the icing if you wish.
4. Spread evenly over the chocolate mixture and refrigerate until set. Around 2-3 hours. Then slice.
