Chocolate anything always goes down well at parties and gatherings, and this luxurious baked chocolate cheesecake is no exception!

For this recipe, we've used basic ingredients, made up of cream cheese, condensed milk, eggs, and of course chocolate, and this gives you a wonderfully creamy cheesecake filling.
Combine that with a delicious Oreo chocolate-flavored base, this is the perfect dessert, wether you're celebrating a birthday party, making for Valentine's Day, or perhaps a weekend dessert.

The recipe itself is easy and straight forward, and the hardest part is allowing it to cool for a few hours before slicing!

Simone's made her signature Cheesecake recipe which she learned when she was a teenager working in a bakery. Over the years, Simone has perfected her cheesecakes and now they are simply the best! So let's see how Simone makes her Luxury Chocolate Cheesecake

You will need

9 inch Springform pan

Ingredients

The Base

1 & ½ cups Oreo crumbled wafers
¼ cup sugar
¼ cup melted unsalted butter

The Filling

3 x 8 oz cream cheese blocks
1 can of sweetened condensed milk
1 tsp vanilla
12 oz of semi-sweet chocolate chunks, melted and cooled
4 eggs

Instructions

Make the base first:

1. Combine all the base ingredients for the base and press down into the bottom of a 9-inch springform.

2. Bake at 300 F for 10 minutes.

The filling:

1. Beat first 3 ingredients (cream cheese, condensed milk, and vanilla) on medium until well combined. Add the COOLED chocolate, then add the eggs 1 at a time on low speed.

2. Pour over the pre baked crust and bake for 1 hour at 350 F.

3. Run a knife along the inside of the baking pan to release from the sides and let cool.

Simone’s Notes : I usually add a can of cherry pie filling once the cake is completely cooled, with some shaved chocolate on top.

  • 24 oz cream cheese blocks, (3 packs)
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 12 oz of semi sweet chocolate chunks, melted and cooled
  • 4 eggs

Instructions

Make the base first:

  1. Combine all the ingredients for the base and press down into the bottom of 9 inch springform.
  2. Bake at 300 F for 10 minutes.

The filling:
