Yield: 4 - 6 Persons

Ingredients

1 x 9 inch graham cracker crust OR make your own
1/2 cup / 120 ml sour cream
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 tsp vanilla
6 tablespoons lemon juice
1-2 bananas (or leave them out like me if you don't care for them)
1 can pineapple tidbits (drained very well, I also press them between paper towels to extra liquid out)
1 large container Cool whip
Chopped pecans
Chocolate syrup
Maraschino cherries

Instructions:

1. In a bowl mix well sour cream and sweetened condensed milk. Add 6 TBSP lemon juice and vanilla and mix well. (You do not need a mixer, just a spoon) pour into pie crust.

2. Layer sliced bananas and well drained pineapple. Drizzle with chocolate syrup. Sprinkle with pecans. Top with cool whip, then sprinkle with pecans and place cherries on top. Refrigerate.
