Ingredients

or 190 g plus 1 tbsp flour

fl or 500 gr dulce de leche at room temperature
real Argentinean one is the best

or 250 g Melted chocolate
for me the best one is the dark one but you can use milk chocolate if you wish
Instructions
Preheat oven 350F or 180C or Gas 4
In a bowl mix flour with cornstarch.
In another bowl mix sugar and butter until creamy add egg yolks , milk and vanilla. ( I use my stand mixer for this).
Incorporate the flour/cornstarch mix and blend until smooth.
Press onto a pie plate and cook until golden brown,....Grandma never had neither oven temperature nor cooking time so I do 350F, 180 C, Gas 4 .
I believe it takes me about 15 to 20 minutes but check it.
Let pie crust cool down and fill with the dulce de leche,...then just melt the chocolate and spread on the dulce de leche.
Bring to the fridge for a couple of hours,..and then enjoy
