Cook Time: 30 minutes
Yield: Allow 1 or 2 rolls per person
Ingredients
1 lb of ground beef
1/4 cup chopped onions
1/4 chopped green peppers
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 TBS yellow mustard
1 cup ketcup
1/4 cup brown sugar
Instructions
Cook the ground beef then add the remaining ingredients. Combine well and allow to simmer for 30 minutes for all the flavours to infuse.
Serve on a lovely bread roll!

Best thing to do is toast your bread or roll. I love to use freshly toasted garlic bread for my sandwiches.
