These brownies are awesome! There are three layers to them, starting off with a cookie dough, then a peanut butter layer and then the brownie. What a treat!

Yield: 14 Square Brownies.
You will need 9 x 13 pan, or as Michele did, a square cup cake pan. This will give you 14 square brownies.
Ingredients
Cookie Layer
Chocolate Chip Cookies mix - you can buy some or use my recipe below:
¾ cup/170 g butter flavored Crisco or margarine
1 ¼ / 250 g cups packed brown sugar
2 tablespoons milk
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
1 egg
1 ¾ cups / 220 g flour
1 teaspoon salt
¾ teaspoon baking soda
1 ½ cups / 470 g chocolate chips
Brownie Layer
Again, you can buy a brownie mix, or use my recipe below:
4 ounces / 110 g unsweetened chocolate break up
1 ¼ cups / 280 g butter, cut into pieces
1 cup / 200 g granulated sugar
¾ cup / 150 g packed light brown sugar
3 large eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 cup / 125 g all-purpose flour
¼ cup / 30 g Fryers cocoa powder
Peanut Butter Layer
14 dessert spoons of Peanut Butter. One goes in each.
Instructions:
1. Preheat Oven to 350 F / 180 C/ Gas 4
2. Make up the cookie dough by combining all the ingredients until you get a dough.
3. Make up the brownie mix as follows:
Melt the chocolate and butter in a medium saucepan over medium-low heat, stirring until melted. Remove the pan from the heat and whisk in the sugar and brown sugar right into the pot. Whisk in the eggs one at a time, then whisk in the vanilla. Stir in the flour and cocoa powder until evenly combined.
4. Build the cupcake pan, Start by putting the cookie dough in first layer about ½” thick, then a spoon of peanut butter, then just spread your brownie mix on top.
5. Bake for 18 - 20 minutes. then allow to cool before removing from the pan.
**Please note, if using a sheet pan, cook time may be a little longer.
