Slow Cooker Oriental Pulled Pork, great in wraps!

It's full of flavour, the pork is so tender and perfectly cooked. Served as Peggy has done here, with some potatoes and veggies, this is a family favourite!

Prep Time: 5 minutes

Cook Time: 4 hrs

Yield: 4 - 6 Persons

Ingredients

5lb Pork Butt Joint
1 cup / 340 g of honey
¼ cup / 85 g of molasses
3 TBS brown sugar
3 TBS of hoisin sauce
2 cloves of minced garlic
⅛ of cup 2 TBS of soy sauce
1 cup / 340 g of ketchup

Instructions

1. Add all the ingredients to the crock pot and cook
on high for 4 hrs this will allow pork to shred.

Great for pulled pork or like I have it here with potatoes.There's LOADS of things you could do with this, in a stir fry, some Chinese Pancake Wraps with cucumber, cilantro, and scallions, oh boy In a stir fry, fried rice, a soft roll....any more ideas? Mixed with some sauteed potato cubes.

    1. Hi Anita, I am so sorry!! It should read 5 lb Pork Butt Joint. I was busy making changes on the website to make it more user friendly and the chicken ingredient must have been left on my copy board when I was busy pasting the recipe back in.
