1 ½lbsground beef – you can add ground pork as well
6ozbox of sage or chicken stuffing. I use Kraft Stove Top Brand.

10ozcan of concentrate tomato soupoptional
1Medium diced onion
7slicesof baconenough to cover the top of the pan you will use
Garlicseason salt, basil, Italian parsley to taste
1TablespoonWorcestershire sauce
For the BBQ Sauce:
1 ½cupsKetchup
½cuphoney or grape jelly
1tablespoonof mustard powderI use hot mustard powder
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350F
In a bowl, place all the meatloaf ingredients and combine well, use either your hands or a good spoon.
Place the mixture in a 6 x 12 inch baking pan.
Lay the bacon slices over the top of the meatloaf.
Make the BBQ Sauce by adding all the sauce ingredients to a bowl and mixing well.
Spread the BBQ sauce over the top of the bacon so it is all covered.
Place foil over the top of the meatloaf and place in the oven for 1 hour. Then remove the foil and bake for a further 15 minutes to crisp and brown up.
