In a 9x13 pan spray the bottom with cooking oil and put down a layer of aluminum foil , wax paper or parchment to make removal easy. Lay down a full layer of graham crackers covering the bottom completely.
Melt 1 bag / 300 g of chocolate chips and drizzle over graham crackers.
Cover with a layer of mini marshmallows and for authentic flavour toast the top with a torch until golden or pop under the broiler very quickly. (watch it doesnt burn!)
Melt 2 more bags of chocolate chip 300gram size and pour over marshmallows covering completely.
Dust with crushed graham crackers. Cool in refrigerator until set.
