Yield: Depends how much pasta you use.
Ingredients
1 package tri-colored pasta
1 red pepper
1 yellow pepper.
1-2 zucchini.
1 cup/ 150 g sliced black olives.
1 cup / 230 ml sun dried tomato and oregano dressing.
Instructions
1. Prepare tri-colored pasta as per package and allow to cool.
2. Slice and dice 1 red pepper and 1 yellow pepper.
3. Slice 1-2 zucchini.
4. Add all the ingredients into a container then add the dressing, toss it all together and chill overnight.
** You can also add cold ham, chicken etc if you wish.
