Yield: 8 servings

You will need: one 9 inch round pan, with a removable base or spring form.

INGREDIENTS

The Filling:
8 oz or 225 g Cream cheese, room temperature
2 Cups or 475 ml Whipping cream
1 Cup or 100 g Mini Marshmallows
1 Cup or 100 g Mini Chocolate Chips
8 oz package Toffee Bits

The Base:
1 package Graham Crackers
¼ Cup or 55 g Melted Butter

Update : As a result of feedback, it has been suggested you add 1 - 2 tablespoons of powdered sugar to the whipping cream if you prefer a sweeter dessert. It is advised to taste as you go along so you can choose if you need the sugar or not.

INSTRUCTIONS

Make the Filling

Put your mixing bowl in the freezer for 10 mins till cold, add your cream cheese and whip till creamy, then your whipping cream and powdered sugar (optional) till you get stiff peaks.. Fold in all your ingredients.

For Crust

Crush up one pkg of Graham crackers... In a microwave bowl melt ¼ cup butter and pour over crackers and put in your springform pan that has been bottom lined with parchment paper and sides buttered.. Crush your crackers down to build the crust.. Place the crust in the fridge to set up for 10 mins.

Pour your mix in the spring form pan, top with crushed grahams, handful of chocolate chips, handful of toffee bits, and marshmallows. Melt some of your chips up and microwave and drip them over the top. Let chill for 4 hours.

  1. Her Smores Cheesecake has the sides covered with smores and chocolate chips and toffee – she does not say in the receipt if she did this after it was all done – because how else would she get it to look like this. Please explain.

    1. Hi Carroll, when you make the filling part of the recipe, you mix all the filling ingredients together, which includes the items you mentioned, and the cheesecake will look as in the photo as that is exactly how it was made. Further down the recipe, there are then extra instructions to explain if you would like a topping.
