Ingredients

cup
or 200 g of canned or frozen sweetcorn
1
cup
or 280 ml milk
Salt & Pepper
2
Teaspoons
Cornstarch
A dash of tabasco sauce
optional
Instructions
Add all the ingredients to a pan and heat until thick.
** if the creamed corn is not thick enough mix some more cornstarch with a drop of water and add. Stir until thick.
Place in a blender and pulse until a little smooth, it's nice to have some chunks of corn in it so blend to how you like it!
