**(you can use raw or leftover pastafresh or dried)
2cups/ 470 ml Water
15ozcan tomato Sauce
1Cupof 5 - Italian Cheese Mix
2TablespoonsTomato paste
2tablespoonsSugar
Handful of fresh basil
2TeaspoonsSalt
2clovesof Elephant garlic roasted **** To make your owncut the top off the garlic head, wrap the bottom half in foil and then pour a bit of olive oil on and bake it at 375 F for 55-60 minutes.
clovesOR use 2 minced garlic
Salt & Pepper to taste.
Instructions
In a pan, with a drop of olive oil, saute mushrooms and onion until there is no liquid left in the pan. Then set aside in a container, and using the same pan, brown the meat then return the mushrooms & onions. Add the remaining ingredients and mix well.
Transfer contents of the pan to a lightly greased 8 x 8 casserole dish and bake at 350 F for 35 minutes then place under the broiler until the top is golden brown.
Set aside for 15 minutes before serving and Enjoy!
