Mix four, water and salt. Divide mixture to make 3 or 4 breads.
Heat oil in a pan. Drop a ladle-full of the mixture and using spatula and a spoon spread to almost an 8 inch / 20 cm round bread. Fry till golden brown on both sides. Place on some kitchen paper to drain oil.
Serve warm as a savory dish, such as taco, or as a dessert with a sprinkle of powdered sugar and a blob of ice cream!
