Rub ONE

Rub TWO

paprika

garlic powder

onion powder

dried oregano

Instructions
Add all the rub ingredients to the meat and leave to marinade for a couple of hours in the fridge. The longer you leave the rub marinating, the stronger the flavour.
Cook as you would any meat on the grill or oven.
