1ozcan ripe olivesdrained well, and halved, 6 ., black
1Cups/ 100 g Sunflower kernelstoasted (be careful not to burn)
1/2Cups/ 50 g slivered almondstoasted
1/2C/ 100 g Sugar
1/2C/ 120 ml cider vinegar
1/2C/ 120 ml olive oil
The packet of seasoning from the Ramen Noodles
Set aside the seasoning packet from the noodles. Then crush the noodles into small pieces.
Add the noodles in a bowl, the slaw mix, onions, broccoli florets, olives, sunflower kernels, and almonds.
Make the dressing by adding all the dressing ingredients to a jar with a tight lid. SHAKE WELL. Really well to break down the sugar. Drizzle over the salad, and toss really well. You can adjust to your tastes, but this works the best for us folks...Serve right away for crunch. Enjoy!
