Carrot, Ginger and Apple Soup

Ingredients

onion

cups
carrots

apples peeled and sliced

tbsp
butter
Grated ginger to your taste

chicken broth
Instructions
In a pot put the onions, the carrots and the apples and the butter. Mix at medium heat for about 5 minutes.
Add the grated ginger and stir at medium heat for another 5 minutes.
Add the chicken broth, turn stove down a bit ( between medium and low). Cover and cook for 50 minutes.
Transfer soup to the blender and voila!
