Prepare the vegetables so they are all the same size, (apart from the asparagus, keep those the full length). Place them in a baking tray and drizzle the olive oil and other ingredients. Mix them all well into the vegetables and bake in the oven at 375 F for 15 - 20 minutes, or place on the grill until done. Delicious!
