3TablespoonsWorcestershire Sauceor Balsamic Vinegar if you don't have
Salt & Pepper to taste
1TablespoonBrandy or Jack Daniels - OPTIONAL
Coating:
Panko Breadcrumbs
Beaten egg
Instructions
Use a meat hammer and lightly pound the lean pork cutlets until they are about 2 cm / ½ inch thick. Make sure they have an even thickness all over.
In a zip bag or dish, add the sesame oil, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, salt & pepper and brandy and allow to marinade for 20 minutes in the fridge.
When you are ready to cook, have one dish with Panko Bread crumbs, and one with beaten egg. First cover the pork in the egg, then the Panko crumbs. Do this twice for each piece of pork so they are double coated.
Add a little oil to your fry pan and when hot, place the pork steaks in the pan and cook both sides until golden brown. If they are browning too much, turn the heat down a little. It should take 3 - 5 minutes on each side, depending on the thickness of your pork.
Serve with mashed potato, oven fries and your favourite vegetables!
