Refreshing Shrimp Salad

Ingredients
  • 2 celery sticks
  • Half an English cucumber
  • 2 medium tomatoes
  • 2 medium carrots
  • 3 hearts of palm *****
  • 1 can of chickpeas
  • 2 tbsp light mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp ketchup
  • Cooked and peeled shrimp as many as you like!
  • Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
  1. Cut everything into small cubes, add mayo and ketchup, salt and pepper, mix and voila,...even better if all veggies were cold from the fridge.
