Tri Colour Summer Salad
package tri-colored pasta
/ 150 g sliced black olives.
/ 230 ml sun dried tomato and oregano dressing.
Prepare tri-colored pasta as per package and allow to cool.
Slice and dice 1 red pepper and 1 yellow pepper. Slice 1-2 zucchini.
Add all the ingredients into a container then add the dressing, toss it all together and chill overnight.
