A simple and delicious recipe for creamy macaroni ham salad, with a homemade dressing. Quick and easy to make, ideal as a side dish with a BBQ or main meal.

Ingredients
The Salad
3cups/ 430 g Macaroni
1cup/210 g Ham diced
1cup/ 210 g Cheddar Cheese diced
1cup/ 220 g Frozen Peas
The Dressing
1cupsugar
¾cupwater
½cupvinegar
2eggs
1tablespoondry mustard
1tablespoonflour
2tablespoonsheaping Mayo if desired
add salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
To make the Dressing
Light boil together the dressing ingredients until thickened. Do not let burn. Once cooled,
add 2 heaping tablespoons Mayo if desired
add salt and pepper to taste
To make the Pasta Salad
Cook the macaroni until just tender do not over cook and let cool.
Dice the ham and cheddar cheese.
Add the cheese and ham to the cooled macaroni and frozen peas.
