  • 1 packet of uncooked croissant pastry or crescent roll dough
  • 6 to 8 sausages depending on size and thickness.
Optional extra :-
  • Mustard to coat the sausage when rolling or add when cooking them
  1. Cook sausages, place to one side.
  2. Roll out pastry, cut into triangles, with the widest point 1 inch longer than your cooked sausages.
  3. Place sausage on the pastry (at this point you can add some mustard to the sausages before rolling) and fold in the ends on top of sausage, then roll up to the end. Repeat until all pastry and sausages are used.
  4. Place on a baking tray and cook as directed on pastry packet.
