Drain pineapple juice into a measuring cup.

Add water to the juice to make 1-1/2 cups juice.

In a medium saucepan, boil juice for 1 minute.

Add marshmallows and stir constantly until melted.

Add the lime jello powder and stir constantly until dissolved.

Put the saucepan in the fridge and let the mixture cool until thickened (about 20 minutes).

Stir in crushed pineapple, cottage cheese, nuts, and whipping cream.

Pour into serving dish and refrigerate until set.
