Instructions
To make the cake
1. Preheat oven to 180 C / 350 F / Gas 4
2. Combine all the ingredients until smooth then pour into a greased and floured 9 x 13 pan. Please note, the pudding mix is added to the cake mix as a dry ingredient.
3. Bake for 30 - 35 minutes, test if the toothpick comes out clean.
The frosting
Once the cake has cooled, add the cool whip and then spread over the cake. Sprinkle the grated chocolate or sprinkles on top of the cool whip and refrigerate for a minimum of 8 hours.
