Prep Time: 15 minutes
Cook Time: 10 minutes
Yield: 6 - 10 eggs
Ingredients
6-10 hard boiled eggs, cooled.
2-3 Heaping Tbsp mayo,
1-2 Tbsp sweet relish, may be substituted with your favourite relish
1Tbsp yellow or Dijon mustard
2 Tbsp minced onion.
sprinkle with paprika.
For extra flavour top with homemade bacon bits.
Instructions
1. Cut eggs in halves lengthwise , scoop yolks into a bowl and mash.
2. To the yolks, add mayo, sweet relish, may be substituted with your favourite relish, yellow or Dijon mustard, minced onion.
3. Blend together, mix well.
4. Put spoonfuls into the egg whites, sprinkle with paprika. For extra flavour top with homemade bacon bits. Enjoy !
