Prep Time: 5 minutes
Cook Time: 5 - 10 minutes, depends on your steak preference
Yield: Allow 1 steak per person
Ingredients
3 TBS of bourbon
1 large sweet apple ( peeled and diced)
1 red bell pepper de-seeded and diced.
3 x 1 Lb / 450 g steaks of your choice here I used Sirloin
1 tsp of cinnamon.
¼ cup / 120 ml of beef broth
Instructions
1. Pan fry your steak searing it on both sides
2. In a medium bowl add all your ingredients and then place them a top of your steak when it's within 5 mins of being at the temperature of your choice.
3. Remove the steaks and with the broth add 2 more TBS of bourbon add 2 TBS cornstarch and make your gravy.
